X9 & X10 service changes

Owing to the contract coming to a natural end, we would like to make customers aware that the services X9 and X10 are due to finish operating with Xelabus Limited on Friday 31st March 2023.

The Hampshire County Council funded services have been operated by Xelabus since 2015 under contract to HCC. The council will be retendering the services to operators in the local area.
