Travel back in time on our Vintage bus Saturday 18th February 2023
With Firstbus leaving Southampton after 18th February 2023 we are to recreate a number of former City Transport bus routes in Southampton with our AEC Double Deck bus formerly with City Transport from 1967 to 1981.
This is a free service for residents and enthusiasts and the bus will be running as follows:
Service 7 from Vincents Walk at 0930 to Shirley
Service 9 from Shirley at 1000 to Vincents walk
Service 15 from Pound Tree Road at 1040 to Swaythling
Service 13 from Swaythling at 1110 to Eastern Docks
Service 17 from Eastern Docks at 1140 to Shirley
Service 17 from Shirley at 1215 to Vincents Walk
Service 4 from Pound Tree Road at 1330 for City Circular
Service 6 from Sussex Road at 1500 for City Circular
You can get on at any bus stop along each route – just hail the driver to stop!
