Xelabus go mobile with My Mobile Tickets

Hampshire based operator Xelabus have gone mobile with their student passes by partnering with My Mobile Tickets. The new mobile ticketing partnership means Xelabus are now offering students the convenience of a secure term time pass on their mobile phones.

Gareth Blair, Operations Director for Xelabus said “ We have been looking for a new innovative way to sell student bus passes for our Barton Peveril college bus service network and Mobile Onboard came up with the solution. The new system allows us to be confident that tickets are being purchased in a safe and secure manner and offers the business assurance that this will limit any potential abuse of bus passes. We plan to roll the system out across our network within 12 months as we are confident this is the way to go.”
