As one of the longest running independent passenger transport providers within Hampshire, the Xelagroup have over 15 years experience in the passenger transport industry.  Founded by Gareth Blair, the company began life in 2010 with just two vehicles operating supermarket and school bus contracts.  In 2015 the business acquired two other local independent companies increasing its market share in the area.

In 2016 the company purchased its first brand new buses.  A £1.2m investment in 8 buses for local bus services within the Eastleigh and Southampton area.  In 2022 the business acquired two further businesses.  Yellow Coaches Limited in Bournemouth and Seaview Services, Isle of Wight.  These acquisitions increased the coaching division of the company by a further 10 vehicles.

As we drive forward into 2024, the company continues to invest in new vehicles. Improving our carbon footprint is very much at the heart of the company plans and commitment to providing sustainable transport solutions.

2024 will also see the introduction of our new Commercial Vehicle Workshops.  Xela Commercial Services will be able to provide full engineering and maintenance facilities for PCV and HGV offering the latest in diagnostic equipment and highly skilled technicians.
